Online art company BLANK has relaunched its website, adding a new, fully interactive “Create” section that allows users to choose the icons, prints and colours of their own canvases, in real time.

Through an interactive, user-friendly online-ordering system, customers can create striking, graphic canvases in colours to match a particular interior. BLANK’s signature look comprises dramatic icons filled with print, superimposed onto printed backgrounds – a style christened Print on Print. Exclusivity is key and each limited-edition BLANK icon is only used a maximum of 100 times worldwide before it is withdrawn.

However, for those for whom a limited edition of 100 is not exclusive enough, there is a bespoke arm of the business, offering customised canvases such as Silhouette Portraits, contemporary versions of the classical, hand-cut Victorian silhouette and Favourite Things, where clients can encapsulate their favourite people, places, values, books, films and so on, into a highly personal conversation piece.

Canvases range from HK$1,200 for a 30cm square canvas to HK$4,900 for a 100cm square canvas.
